Aage close hauled (and too hard pressed)

This web site is intended for wooden boat enthusiasts. It's all about Aage - a double-ender which for almost a Century has sailed out of Copenhagen, Denmark.

Aage is built in Copenhagen in 1912 by Svend Svendsen, a renown craftsman and boat-builder. The few owners, Aage has had, have over the years rejoiced at Aage's seaworthy manners.

Once a competitive and modern racer/cruiser, Aage has now reached old age and serves primarily as day, week-end, and Summer cruiser for his owners.
